How Do You Access My Home?
The easiest and most hassle-free method is what ever you and your family are most comfortable with.
Most of our customers give us a door code/garage code and some give us a key to their home, which we keep extremely secure in our coded key safe.
However, if you can't leave a key with us, you can choose to meet the service provider at your home. In case we're unable to access your home, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
If none of these options work for you, please call us to make alternate arrangements.

How Do I Pay for My Cleaning Service?
